This is a compulsory form for all Space Only Exhibitors.

Once submitted, the form will go to Johanna Shirley (Scot-Baker) who will review and contact you or your contractor accordingly for more information such as stand plans and completed forms.

Contractor Passes
During the build-up and breakdown periods, RAI Amsterdam is only accessible with a valid Access Badge. This applies to anyone; exhibitors, stand builders and suppliers. This policy is implemented in order that the venue know exactly who is present in the RAI and can act appropriately should an emergency arise. 

Exhibitors, stand builders and suppliers can obtain an Access Badge by registering here. 

After registering, you will receive a QR code via email to collect and print your badge onsite using the RAI Scan & Go systems. If you need to order an access badge onsite then this is also possible but may result in waiting times. There are various locations within the RAI where you can do so. 

During the build-up period, exhibitors only have access to RAI Amsterdam with the above Access Badge voucher. By scanning the voucher at the distribution point by the goods entrance, you will immediately receive an Access Badge.
