Nomination Procedure

• Ensure you prepare all information in advance as the forms will not allow you to save your progress. If you would prefer to work on a word document first, you can download the relevant document using the links here: Independent Hotelier of the Year, Best Hotel Design of the Year and Independent Hotel of the Year.
• Please be concise and provide examples where relevant to support your nomination.
• You can only nominate a hotelier / individual once.
• If you use any acronyms, please explain what they are (unless commonly known).
  • The deadline for nominations to be received is Thursday 21 December 2023.

Our panel of judges will select a shortlist of six nominees per award, before the vote is opened to our hotelier community.

Shortlisted individuals will be contacted in January 2024 and the winners will be announced on Tuesday 12th March during a ceremony at the show.
