Claudia Abt is a seasoned design leader and the founder of abt.collection, a brand and design advisory specializing in retail and hospitality. Most recently, she served as the Chief Design Officer at citizenM hotels, where she spent years shaping the brand’s global design identity and strategy. Before joining the hospitality industry, Claudia spent her career at Nike, ultimately serving as the Retail Design Director for the EMEA region. In her role Claudia launched innovative retail concepts and led the rollout of flagship spaces across the globe, bridging the gap between consistent brand standards and immersive physical experiences.
