After a long career in the international hotel industry, Francesco started a hospitality consultancy in 2001. With two partners, a new company was founded in 2005, which in the following years would grow into one of the largest Dutch hotel groups (Apollo Hotels). After the successful sale in 2018, he started a new company (Q Hospitality Group) with the same partners. Francesco specializes in sales, marketing and communications. Besides working for Q Hospitality Group, Francesco is active as an investor in several startups and is founder of the Dutch Hotel Award.
