Gladys Camphuijsen is Vice President of Development at The Set Collection, where she leads the global growth of a carefully curated portfolio of independent luxury hotels. With over 15 years of experience across leading hospitality brands, she specialises in identifying and onboarding exceptional properties that redefine their destinations.
Her work is focused on building a collection shaped by curation, not scale; partnering closely with owners to drive meaningful, long-term performance while preserving each hotel’s individuality. Known for her strategic clarity and direct approach, she believes the future of independent luxury lies in confidence, not conformity.
Alongside her role, she is co-owner of Zuyder, a contemporary brasserie in the Netherlands, and remains involved in her family’s hospitality businesses in Aruba.
