Hossam is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of expertise in management, leadership delopment, and talent acquisition within the hospitality industry. Having contributed to the success of renowned hotel chains such as Hyatt, Hilton, and Jumeirah Hotel Group, he brings a wealth of global experience. Hossam’s journey has taken him across Latin America, North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, providing him with a profound understanding of diverse human behaviours. In his expansive career, he has empowered individuals to reach their full potential.

In 2019, Hossam transitioned into academia, contributing his rich industry insights to NHL Stenden. Since 2022, he has been a valuable addition to Hotelschool The Hague, where he leads the selection committee and spearheads strategic partnerships with the hospitality industry. Hossam’s guiding philosophy is encapsulated in Zig Ziglar’s words: ‘You do not have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.’ This ethos reflects his belief in the transformative power of taking the first step toward greatness.
