With nearly two decades of marketing experience in travel and hospitality, Jo shifted her focus towards sustainability, culminating in her MBA in 2019.

As co-founder of Amsterdam based sustainability consulting firm Good & Co., Jo advises hotels on how to scale impact and communicate clearly and transparently. Current projects include organising impact at scale, the foundations of a data-led sustainability journey and how trends and competitive data can inform strategic and investment decisions for hotel groups.
