Matt Hughes is the Founder of Accommodate Consulting and creator of THE C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. SYSTEM®, a structured decision framework used by hotel owners and investors to evaluate performance, risk and long-term asset value. With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, Matt previously oversaw owner strategy across EMEA at Marriott International, working with hundreds of hotel owners and helping drive over $450M in annual franchise fees. Today he advises hotel owners, investors and operators on performance strategy, commercial discipline and asset value optimisation. Matt is also the host of the BHF Boardroom Series, where industry leaders discuss the future of hotel investment, operations and technology.
