Onno Kokmeijer is a Dutch chef who served as Executive Chef of Ciel Bleu from 2003 to 2022, during which the restaurant held two Michelin stars and earned international acclaim. He is now part-owner of DarkKitchenXL, where he develops high-end food concepts for the event catering industry, provides culinary consultancy, creates seasonal dinner boxes, and produces premium convenience products for the hotel, museum, and restaurant sector.
