Teun Dielesen is an expert with regards to customer experience and employee engagement. At the age of just 23 years old, he became COO of Dutch themepark Toverland, making him the youngest executive in the European leisure industry. Later on he became the CEO of Mind Mystery, a Dutch museum. Starting 2023, Teun started his own company focusing primarily on helping other companies with improving their customer experience, company culture and employee engagement.
