Wouter Dekker is an experienced General Manager and Development Manager with 18 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. He has a strong background in catering, food and beverage, hotel management, entrepreneurship, and profit maximization. Wouter has worked at various hotels, including Hera-HRI and Hotel Haarhuis, where he held positions such as Development Manager and General Manager. He also has experience as a Business Development Manager at European Hospitality Management Group BV. Wouter holds a BA in International Hospitality management from Stenden University.
