Yuval Herrmann
Yuval Herrmann is the Founder and Managing Director of VIA Group, a real estate and asset management company comprising eight subsidiaries with a strong focus on hospitality. He oversees the full lifecycle of projects—from acquisition and development to design and operations—across a diverse portfolio that includes hotels, offices, and commercial properties. His notable projects include VIA Hotels and VIA Suites in London, Amsterdam, and Antwerp, as well as innovative office concepts such as VIA WORK and TOWER 42 in Amsterdam.
With over 30 years of experience in real estate and hotel development, Herrmann has built extensive expertise across hotels, restaurants, serviced apartments, and youth accommodations throughout Europe. His work spans acquisition and due diligence, concept and brand development, construction, food and beverage strategy, market positioning, team leadership, and overall financial and operational management.
