The Digital Guest Directory is the successor to the classic room folder. It comes with everything guests need to know for their stay – from useful information from A to Z to offers and services through to tips on what to do in the surroundings. They can use this source information on their very own mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets (Bring Your Own Device) or on devices provided on site. Hoteliers can promote their offers, such as the bread roll service or massages, with push notifications or request and booking forms.
The Digital Guest Directory is available as a native app on iOS and Android, as a stand-alone hotel/group app and as progressive web app (PWA). The PWA works like an ordinary website: no downloads, no matter the platform of the device used.
