Nordic Homes is working on an ongoing project Höfði Lodge Luxury Hotel and staff accommodation buildings located in the northern region of Iceland, Grenivík.

Staff accommodation consists of 27 modules - 20 rooms and a common area. Already assembled on site in 2022.

Hotel – 52 modules, 44 hotel rooms and over 9`000 sqm of infill panels. Planned start of assembly on site in 2023.
