This is an event for independent hoteliers, including hotel owners, operators, general managers, designers and senior decision-makers. It is also highly relevant for those involved in branding, guest experience and hotel development, making it a valuable hotel decision makers event.

Registration for the Independent Hotel Show Amsterdam 2026 is not yet open.  Sign up to the IHA Newsletter and we will send you all the latest updates on the Independent Hotel Show 2026 and everything it has to offer your business.

Hoteliers, interior designers and hospitality professionals can attend for free, making it one of the most accessible best hospitality trade shows in Europe. Hotel suppliers are required to purchase a ticket, which includes full access to the exhibition and conference programme.

Supplier tickets to the show, including access to the conference programme are €299 +VAT. 

You can register to attend for free if you have received an invitation card or invitation code. If you are a hotelier and have not received yours, please contact independenthotelshow@montgomerygroup.com

It’s a true hotel supplier exhibition for boutique hotels, all under one roof.

Yes, you can bring colleagues. Entry is free for hoteliers, designers, and hospitality professionals, while suppliers need a paid ticket.

You cannot register a colleague as each person needs to register with a unique email address. However, you can send an invite to prompt your colleague to do this on the final page of your registration.

Unfortunately, as this is an industry only event, we do not permit entry to anyone under the age of 18. We do have exceptions for breastfeeding mothers or if you are parent and need to bring a young baby with you, please contact the team for more info.
